Refund Policy
EKG Telemetry, AHA, ACLS, PALS and BLS (CPR/First Aid) Healthcare Provider and Heartsaver Courses
Seating is limited therefore pre-registration is required. By pre-registering this allows us to issue completion cards immediately upon completion of the course. EMTS accepts all major credit cards.
- Refund policy; CPR courses: more than 5 days notice refund minus $15, less than 5 days notice no refund but may reschedule once if contacted at least 24 hours before course start time.
- Refund policy; ACLS/PALS courses: more than 14 days notice refund minus $25, less than 14 days notice no refund but may reschedule once if contacted at least 5 days before course start time. No refund with less than 5 days notice or if the course is missed for any other reason. Fees do not represent income for the AHA.
- Refund policy; EKG Telemetry courses: More than 14 days notice refund minus $75, less than 14 days notice no refund but may reschedule once.
EMS Education Programs – EMT, AEMT
By submitting payment you agree to the refund policies. Half of the course fee is due in advance to reserve a seat in the course. This fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due in full on the first day of class, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Seat deposits are taken on a first come first serve basis. If the course enrollment is full the entire deposit is returned immediately. The seat deposit will be applied toward tuition, insurance and textbooks.
